Refund Policy

Because Lemosho products are personal care and hygiene items, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been shipped or opened.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@lemosho.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo clearly showing the issue. We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue was caused by an error on our end — such as a wrong item shipped or a product damaged in transit due to packaging.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@lemosho.co. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations before an order is fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard refund policy applies.
